Fab 5: Get my green smoothie recipe

When I’m home and not traveling, I make a green smoothie almost every morning, which is a great way to start the day because it’s a filling breakfast that’s not too heavy. People often ask what I put in my smoothie, so I thought I’d share my go-to recipe with you! Note that I occasionally substitute romaine or spinach for kale and somtimes I just use frozen strawberries instead of mixed berries, but the 5 ingredients you see below are the basic DNA of my favorite drink.
